Local Service Manager

Tasks

  • Operationally manage, lead, supervise and develop the Service unit (ca. 40 FTE) according to the strategy
  • P&L responsibility for the Service unit
  • Satisfy customers creating long term relationship: balance internalinterests with customers’ expectations and complaints;
  • Responsible of organizational development including policies, systems, training, culture, behavior and values for service staff
  • Planning of optimization methods, processes and its implementation;
  • Support with high priority and resources the Service business developer
  • Management in collaboration with Products Care and Projects Managers;
  • Guarantee communication flow between the management, co-worker and team for what concerns development, changes and events in the department

Profile:

  • University degree or equivalent in mechanical, electrical or SW Eng.
  • Strong experience in customers service, sales experience and in-depth customers understanding
  • Experience in mechanical industry (production and logistic);
  • Decision-making and leadership skills
  • High level of communication skills with technical experts i.e. engineers
  • Able to communicate in Italian, German and in English (French, Spanish as an option)
  • High emotional intelligence and intercultural skills
  • Analytic, systematic and well organized
  • Willing to travel 40% of the time
