Senior Middle Office Office Associate, asset management with German

Your challenges

  • Responsible for providing client service through the execution of daily functions and tasks
  • Understand and enhance desktop operating procedures and controls
  • Responsible for providing timely response to queries and finding resolution to avoid repetitive actions
  • Works effectively both as a team member as well as an independent self-motivated individual
  • Responsible for multiple initiatives of various complexities
  • Cross train on other functions as well as provide back up
  • Serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to junior level employees.
  • Responsible for understanding client’s business needs and deliverables.
  • Understand impact of personal job function(s)
  • Manage a little team

Your skills

  • A college or university degree and/or 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Previous Financial Industry Operations, Asset Management and/or Investment Operations experience a plus
  • Previous exposure to business process and/or technology enhancement initiatives
  • Previous Client Service experience in a service oriented environment
  • Languages:both English and German/Swiss German (B2 level at least)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of financial services, asset management and/or investment operations
  • Attention to detail
  • Works with a sense of urgency
